Jasmin Paulussen learned the Transcendental Meditation technique at the age of 5. At the age of 10 she began to practice the adult technique, which she has not wanted to miss since! For eighteen years Jasmin Paulussen taught with high motivation at a primary school in Basel. In 2005 she completed her certified training as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation. Since then she has taught Transcendental Meditation in Basel and Zurich. She regularly holds TM deepening courses and has been teaching TM-advanced-techniques since 2019. Jasmin Paulussen is one of the most experienced TM teachers in Switzerland.
Laura Künzler learnt Transcendental Meditation before starting her studies in Social Work. Her studies made her realise that the benefits of TM could be as diverse as the professional field itself. She then took a first step towards implementing TM in social work with her bachelor's thesis on professionalisation and received top academic honours. The TM Teacher Training Course therefore seemed like a logical conclusion to her. With the values of Social Work in her heart, she is there to be of service to all people who want to learn TM and thus have made a life-changing decision towards more happiness and success in life.

What is
Transcendental Meditation?
Transcendental Meditation is a simple technique practised 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably.
It is not a religion, philosophy, or lifestyle. Over ten million people of all ages, cultures and religions have learned TM.
What happens when you meditate?
The TM technique allows your mind to easily settle inward, until you experience the most silent and peaceful level of your own awareness. It is completely different as it involves no concentrating or focusing, no trying to "empty the mind".
What people are saying about Transcendental Meditation
How is Transcendental Meditation different
from other meditations?
Compared to other meditations TM is different in two ways.
1. Absolutely effortless
- No concentrating
- No control of the mind
- No mindfulness (monitoring of thoughts)
- No trying to "empty the mind"
- Anyone can do it, even children with ADHD
2. Proven effective
TM has been proven effective for stress and anxiety, clarity of mind, and more.
- Unlike other meditation methods, TM is taught one-on-one by instructors
- TM teachers are certified and world experts in the field of TM
- Delivery of training is personalised and individual
My meditation is amazing, one of – if not the – best discovery of my year 2018. I am happy with the results and it seems I am letting go of things from the past.
