Laura Gettler-Künzler learned Transcendental Meditation before beginning her studies in social work. Her studies showed her that the benefits of TM could be as diverse as the field itself. With her bachelor's thesis on professionalization, she took a first step towards implementing TM in social work and promptly achieved top marks. Therefore, training to become a TM teacher seemed like the logical next step. With the values of social work at her heart, she is there for all those who wish to learn TM and have thus made a life-changing decision towards greater happiness and success in life.

Max Gettler learnt Transcendental Meditation (TM) when he was attending film school. Inspired by the work of David Lynch and wanting to make projects just as creative as his, Max decided to learn TM, just like Lynch did. As a result of learning to meditate, Max developed a deep appreciation for Maharishi's knowledge and a desire to gain more of it. After becoming so fond of Maharishi's wisdom, Max decided to do the TM Teacher Training Course in Chanthaburi, Thailand. After becoming a Certified Teacher of Transcendental Meditation, Max began teaching TM full-time in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia and is now teaching it in his new homeland, Switzerland.

What is
Transcendental Meditation?
Transcendental Meditation is a simple technique practised 20 minutes twice a day while sitting comfortably.
It is not a religion, philosophy, or lifestyle. Over ten million people of all ages, cultures and religions have learned TM.
What happens when you meditate?
The TM technique allows your mind to easily settle inward, until you experience the most silent and peaceful level of your own awareness. It is completely different as it involves no concentrating or focusing, no trying to "empty the mind".
What people are saying about Transcendental Meditation
After a few days of TM.] "I feel calmness for several hours after meditation, I notice more effectiveness in my activity, I'm more patient and I was told I'm more serene."
